Here’s a morning cup! Did you Know? When staking points with your robotic total station, does it auto turn to the next point, even though you don’t want it to? Does the scope turn way down or up to account for an arbitrary elevation on your stake out point? This can be customized by choosing Instrument in your Survey Style. There is a section called Servo/Robotic and it defaults to Automatic-Yes. You can change this to no and change your auto turn to off. This means the robot will not auto turn and it will stay locked on your target or prism. You can also change the offset & stakeout directions to target or instrument perspective depending on your preference.
