Updating Trimble Access via Trimble Installation Manager
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for updating your Trimble Access software using the Trimble Installation Manager (TIM). Following these steps ensures your software stays current while preserving all your existing settings and data.
Before You Begin
Requirements:
- Active internet connection
- Trimble device ready
- If TIM is not installed, download from: https://install.trimble.com
Step 1: Launch TIM and Check for Updates
Open Trimble Installation Manager (TIM) on your device. The application will automatically search for any necessary updates and perform them as needed.
Step 2: Select Software Components
Configure your update selections using the TIM interface:
- (A) In the left sidebar, select the product to be installed or updated (Trimble Access)
- (B) Choose which components of the software you want to install or update
- (C) Select the desired Access version from the dropdown in the top right corner
- Click the "Install" button to begin the update process
- Once the installation is complete, click "Finish"
Step 3: Verify Your Update
